The Macedonian valley (Tempi) is the location between Cholomontas and Kerdylia mountains. This valley starts from the west and the village of Rentina near Lake Volvi and ends at Strymonikos gulf.

Macedonian valley characterized by dense vegetation. The vegetation that grows mainly consists of large trees, willows, lindens and elms.

The valley presents great historical significance.

You can find the castle of Rentina, Artemisio, as well as near the modern village of Rentina is the church of Agia Marina.
